#119 - But I'm Getting By...

After the kind of down-beat strip last week, I thought I'd do one about getting through it this week. I'm very lucky in that I'm quite well-off, with a supportive and caring network of friends and family. Things I do to help work through days when I'm leaning towards anxiety/depression include: hiking, swimming, cooking, watching netflix with Ryan, gaming with pals, going to the movies, seeing my pals <3
